Our pest control program protects your home with three scheduled exterior sprays per year. Using high-pressure application, we treat the foundation, window wells, eaves, and other small, hard-to-reach areas where pests like to hide. This proactive approach creates a protective barrier to keep insects from invading your home. For added protection, we also offer interior pest control treatments on an as-needed basis—perfect for targeting any active infestations inside your home. Please note: We do not provide rodent or wildlife control at this time. Service Highlights Exterior Foundation Spray – Three times a year, we apply a high-pressure treatment around your home’s foundation, eaves, and entry points to prevent pests from getting inside. Interior Pest Treatment – Available on request to address active insect problems inside your home. Seasonal Pest Prevention – Targeted treatments during peak pest seasons for long-lasting protection and peace of mind.

How Often Do You Spray Lawns? Our lawn care program includes five seasonal treatments designed to keep your lawn healthy, green, and weed-free all year long: Early Spring Application – Pre-emergent weed control and early-season fertilizer to jumpstart growth. Weed & Feed Treatment – Targets broadleaf weeds while feeding your lawn for strong, even growth. Billbug Control – Protects against damaging lawn insects like billbugs and grubs. Mid-Summer Application – Delivers slow-release nutrients, insect protection, and moisture management during peak heat. Fall Fertilizer & Weed Control – Strengthens roots and eliminates late-season weeds to prepare your lawn for winter.

Mowing height should change with the season and temperature: Cooler months (spring & fall): Keep your grass at 2½ to 3 inches to encourage healthy growth and reduce thatch build-up. Hot summer months: Raise your mower to 3 to 3½ inches to help shade the soil, lock in moisture, and protect the roots from heat stress. Avoid mowing too short at any time of year, as it can weaken the lawn and make it more susceptible to weeds and disease. Water deeply 2–3 times per week, aiming for 1 to 1½ inches of water total per week (including rainfall). Early morning watering is best, as it allows the lawn to dry during the day and helps prevent fungus and disease. During very hot or dry spells, you may need to water more often to prevent stress and dry spots.

We do not provide treatments for fruit trees, as these require specialized products for safe and effective pest control. However, we can use our high-powered equipment to spray the exterior surfaces of non-fruit trees to help control surface-dwelling insects. This treatment targets pests on the bark, leaves, and branches without penetrating the tree’s internal system. Common surface bugs we treat include: Aphids, Beetles, Mites, Scale insects, Caterpillars, and Boxelder bugs.
